MEMORANDUM
Finance Department has last revised the delegated financial power of Administrative Departments Vide Memo no. 2502- F(Y) dt. 07.07.2025, No. 3784- F(Y) dt. 31.10.2025 read with 2016- F(Y), dated 05.06.2026.
Now, to enable faster sanction and execution of Schemes and Projects, the delegated financial power of the Administrative Departments is further revised as follows:

Notwithstanding what has been stated above, the Administrative Department shall accord AAFS / revised AAFS with concurrence of Financial Advisor of the Department after considering their respective Budget Provisions and committed liabilities for works presently under implementation stage.
This order takes immediate effect.
