What Is the Pay Fixation Calculator?

Pay Matrix Source: WB Finance Dept. Notification No. 5562-F dated 25.09.2019 (Schedule I, Levels 1–24). Promotion (Rule 11): 1 increment in present level → equal/next higher cell in promoted level. Increment (Rule 9): Move to next higher cell in same level. Increment date: 1st July each year. Initial Fixation (Rule 7): (Band Pay + Grade Pay) × 2.57 → equal/next higher cell in applicable level. HRA: 12% of basic (max ₹12,000/month per ROPA 2019). MA: ₹500/month. DA rate notified separately.
