With a view to ensuring smooth and expeditious tendering and execution of works by your department including subordinate offices, the State Government is considering revision of the existing West Bengal Form No. 2911 (Standard Bid Document) introduced vide Finance Department Memo No. 5696-F(Y) dated 01.10.2019.
In this context, I am directed to request you to kindly furnish your Department's suggestions, if any, regarding revision of the aforesaid West Bengal Form No. 2911 (Standard Bid Document), in the prescribed format (in MS Word file) to sogroupf@gmail.com within 21 days from the date of issue of this letter. The suggestions may kindly be furnished along with reference to the relevant clause/paragraph, wherever applicable, with necessary justifications.
