In partial modification of this Department Office Order bearing No. 4636-PWD dated 08.11.2021 read with this Department Office Order bearing No. 4430-PWD dated 21.09.2021 and No. 5270-PWD dated 03.02.2022, the official works are hereby entrusted with the Deputy Secretary, WBCS (Exe.) Cadre, PWD in the following manner. Details are as follows:

| 1. Matters related to Works of P.W. Directorate. 2. Matters related to Accounts and Budget of P.W. Directorate. 3. All cases of Compassionate Appointment in the Department. 4. Common Service Branch including booking of Circuit houses and Banga Bhaban. 5. Ease of doing business/ Right of way permission/ Approach permission/ Shilpa Sathi. 6. Administrative Calendar. 7. Assembly Questions and Assembly matters arising out of his work. 8. Legal matter arising out of his work. 9. Liason officer for Bengal Global Business Summit (BGBS) and works related with other departments executed by P.W. directorate. 10. Any other matter assigned to him by the Additional Chief Secretary/ Principal, Secretary/ Secretary from time to time
