Sub: Inclusion of Heads of Account for e-Receipts of Transport Department through GRIPS of IFMS Portal
In continuation of Memo No. 3782-F(eGov) dated 08.10.2026, the Governor has been pleased to include the following Head of Account for online and offline receipts in the GRIPS Portal of IFMS through all participating banks and payment gateway SBIePay.

Guidelines issued under Finance Department Notification Nos. 8298-F(Y) dated 03.10.2012, 9668-F(Y) dated 30.11.2012, 10578-F(Y) dated 28.12.2012, 5533-F(Y) dated 09.07.2013, 3435-F(Y) dated 01.07.2014, 3312-F(Y) dated 27.04.2015, 5607-F(Y) dated 27.10.2016, and 2917-F(Y) dated 22.05.2019 will also apply to e-Receipts under this Head of Account.
