MEMORANDUM

Sub: Revision of Delegated Financial Power of the Administrative Departments for according Administrative Approval and Financial Sanction

Delegated financial power of the Administrative Departments for according Administrative Approval and Financial Sanction of new projects/ schemes or revising the same with concurrence of Financial Advisor of the Department was last revised in terms of Memo. No. 5035-F(Y) dated 28.08.2023.

Now in partial modification of the Memo No. ibid, the Governor is pleased to further revise the Delegated Financial Power of the Additional Chief Secretary/ Principal Secretary/ Secretary in charge of the Administrative Departments for according Administrative Approval and Financial Sanction of new projects/ schemes as well as revision of existing projects/ schemes with the concurrence of the Financial Advisor of the Departments in the following manner:

| PWD l&WD PHE WRID UDMA H&FW P&RD | Rs. 3 crore
ii.

| NBDD PUAD Sundarban Affairs | Rs. 1 crore
iii.

| Housing ICE MSMET H&HA | Rs. 75 lakh
iv. | Other Departments | Rs. 50 lakh

Notwithstanding what has been stated above, the Administrative Departments shall accord AAFS/ revised AAFS only after considering their respective Budget Provisions.

This order takes immediate effect.
