NOTIFICATION
In exercise of power conferred by the proviso of Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is hereby pleased to make, from the date of publication of Official Gazette, the following rules regulating the recruitment to the post of Record Keeper in West Bengal State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission and District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commissions under the Consumer Affairs Department, Government of West Bengal:-
Rules
The method of the recruitment to the post, borne in single cadre, of Record Keeper in the West Bengal State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission and District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commissions under the Consumer Affairs Department, Government of West Bengal, shall be as detailed below:-
Method of recruitment: The posts will be filled up by promotion on seniority basis from the posts [Group-D, Group-D (Peon), Peon, Orderly Peon], borne in single cadre, of Group- ‘D’ employees of West Bengal State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission and District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commissions in the State of West Bengal.
