NOTIFICATION

Offline quotations are invited from reputed agencies for AMC of 10 nos Kent RO (Aquaguard) at Vidyasagar Bhavan, Sector – II, Salt Lake, Kolkata – 91 (08 machines) and Kolkata Regional Office, Bikash Bhavan, North Block (2nd Floor), Salt Lake, Kolkata – 91 (02 machines) of WEST BENGAL COUNCIL OF HIGHER SECONDARY EDUCATION.

Interested agencies are requested to visit Council website at www.wbchse.wb.gov.in w.e.f 12/06/2026.

-: Terms & Conditions :-

  1. Rate should be quoted after observation of the devices installed at H.O & K.R.O under the supervision of Deputy Secretary (Admin) and Deputy Secretary (KRO).
  2. The validity of contract will be of 01 (one) years. If the L1 bidder fails to work properly the Council reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time.
  3. Self attested photo copy of Pan Card, Trade License and GST Registration Certificate shall have to be submitted with quotation.
  4. Earnest money of Rs. 5,000/- to be paid by Bank Draft in favour of W.B. Council of H.S. Education, payable at Kolkata and the original demand draft should be submitted physically at the Administration Section, 3rd Floor, Vidyasagar Bhavan, Salt Lake, Kolkata – 700091 on 22/06/2026. Online Net Banking or NEFT/RTGS is not applicable.
  5. Tenderers must submit an Experience Certificate of 03 (three) years.
  6. If the L1 bidder will refuse to receive work order within 10 (ten) days or engage in any kind of corruption or fraudulent act, the Security Deposit will be forfeited.
  7. Last day of receipt of sealed quotation: 22/06/2026 at Administration Section, Vidyasagar Bhavan, 9/2, Block DJ, Sector – II, Salt Lake, Kolkata – 700091.
  8. The Council reserves the right to reject the full tender or any part of the tender at any stage without assigning any reason thereof.
  9. In case of any dispute at any stage, the decision of the WBCHSE will be final.
