NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the power conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India read with the proviso to sub-rule (1) of Rule 3 of the West Bengal Services (Revision of Pay and Allowances) Rules, 1998, the Governor is pleased hereby to order that the West Bengal Services (Revision of Pay and Allowances) Rules, 1998, shall be amended as follows, namely:—
In the said Rules, in Annexure-III, for the entries against Sl. No. 17, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:—
