- Event Occurs – Birth or death happens.
- Reporting – Family member/hospital reports the event online or at local registrar.
- Data Entry – Registrar enters details (name, date, place, parents/cause).
- Verification – Information is checked against documents.
- Approval – Registrar approves the record.
- Registration Number Generated – Official birth/death record is created.
- Certificate Issue – Digital certificate is generated.
- Download/Print – Citizen downloads certificate from portal.
