MEMORANDUM
The undersigned is directed by order of the Governor to say that the Governor has been pleased to declare that since all offices under the Government of West Bengal with exception of the office of the Registrar of Assurances, Kolkata and the office of the Collector of Stamp Revenue, Kolkata are closed in the normal course on the 1st day of July, 2017 (Saturday), no separate notification of holiday on account of the Birth Day of Late Dr. Bidhan Chandra Roy, Ex-Chief Minister of West Bengal is required to be issued.
