It is requested to submit the proposal for fixation of pay as per GO No. 34 Edn(CS) dated 11/01/2013. All proposal for all these categories as stated below are to be submitted to Dr P K Das, Addl. D P I.
A. For those who joined before 01.01.2006:
Statement of fixation as per Annexure -I.
GOVERNING BODY Resolution regarding fixation/re-fixation in the Revised Scale of Pay, 2006.
Copies of all earlier fixation memos.
Declaration regarding EOL without Pay if any.
B1. For those who joined on or after 01.01.2006 and whose pay fixations have already been made:
Statement of fixation as per Annexure -II.
GOVERNING BODY Resolution regarding fixation/re-fixation in the Revised Scale of Pay, 2006.
Copies of all earlier fixation memos.
Declaration regarding EOL without Pay if any.
B2. For those who joined after 01.01.2006 (new entrants) (papers to be submitted as per Memo No. ED-564 dated 19/08/2010) :
Statement of fixation as per Annexure -III.
GOVERNING BODY Resolution regarding fixation/re-fixation in the Revised Scale of Pay, 2006.
Copies of all earlier fixation memos duly attested.
Declaration regarding EOL without Pay if any.
