MEMORANDUM
Sub: Drawal of bills in anticipation of allotment
Finance Department had earlier issued Memorandum No. 1385 â F(Y) dated 17.04.2026 allowing certain categories of bills to be passed in anticipation of allotment of fund till 30.06.2026 in the Financial Year 2026 – 27.
Now the validity of FD Memo No. 1385 â F(Y) dated 17.04.2026 is hereby extended up to 31.12.2026 subject to observance of all other Rules and Procedures.
