NOTIFICATION
In terms of the Notification No. 1526-WT/3M-56/13/Pt.II, dated 27.04.2015 of this department, Payment of Tax/ Additional Tax by the E-rickshaw owners was exempted for the period of the financial year 2015-2016 ending on 31st March, 2016.
It is hereby further ordered that the said exemption has been extended upto 30th June, 2016.
This Notification is issued with the concurrence of the Finance Department, Gr. ‘R’, U.O. No. 268, dated 31.03.2016.
