A panel of 2238 eligible CA firms along with allotment of schools has been prepared and enclosed herewith for conducting school audit in all Govt. sponsored and Govt. aided schools in the state of West Bengal for the period 2019-20 & 2020-21 out of 2326 applications received from CA firms in response to notification in Banglar Shlksha.gov.in vide memo no. 4044-GA dated 23.12.2021 of DSE, West Bengal, Bikash Bhawan (7th fl.), salt lake, Kolkata-91.
CA Firms listed in the panel requested to collect their appointment letter physically from The office of the Commissioner, School education Directorate, Bikash Bhawan (7th fl.), Salt lake, Kolkata on and from 10/05/2022 (Tuesday) excluding public holidays between 11.30 AM to 4.30PM. Any representative of CA Firms coming to collect appointment letter should carry and submit valid permission letter from their office.
Distribution of appointment letter would be conducted as per the schedule given herewith strictly maintaining utmost peace and tranquility from all concerned people:

11/05/2022 (Wednesday) : 201 to 400
12/05/2022 (Thursday) : 401 to 600
13/05/2022 (Friday) : 601 to 800
17/05/2022(Monday) : 801 to 1000
18/05/2022 (Tuesday) : 1001 to 1200
19/05/2022 (Wednesday) : 1201 to 1400
20/05/2022 (Thursday) : 1401 to 1600
21/05/2022 (Friday) : 1601 to 1800
23/05/2022 (Monday) : 1801 to 2000
24/05/2022 (Tuesday) : 2001 to 2200
25/05/2022 (Wednesday) : 2201 to 2326
Any description if any noted in the list will be rectified on due course on receipt of proper communication and correspondence from the CA Firms noted in the panel.
