Memorandum
Sub: Disbursement of Salary, Wages, Stipend, Honorarium, Pension, Family Pension for the month of October, 2026.
Finance Department had earlier issued Memo No. 6454-F(Y) dated 27.08.2015 specifying the dates on which the salaries including salary under Grant-in Aid, wages, remuneration, stipend, honorarium, pension, etc. are to be paid on monthly basis.
Now, the Government of West Bengal has decided to disburse the salary, wages, stipend, pension along with the enhanced Dearness Allowances/ Dearness Relief as per F.D Memo No. 2834-F(P2) dated 04.08.2026 (wherever applicable) for the month of October, 2026 as follows:
i. Salary including Grant-in-Aid salary, Wages, remuneration, stipend, honorarium for the month of October, 2026 will be paid on 15th October, 2026.
ii. Pension/Family Pension for the month of October, 2026 will also be disbursed on 15.10.2026.
The DDO and Administrators of Deposit Accounts will submit Bills/Advices at the Treasuries well in advance and Treasuries will give mandates as per the dates mentioned above.
