পশ্চিমবঙ্গ উচ্চমাধ্যমিক শিক্ষা সংসদ ২০২৭ সালের সেমিস্টার-৩ ও তার সম্পূরক পরীক্ষার জন্য ওএমআর উত্তরপত্র মুদ্রণ, বিশেষ প্যাকিং ও সরবরাহের টেন্ডার নং ০১/ই-টেন্ডার/২০২৬-২৭-এ কিছু সংশোধনী এনেছে। প্রথম সংশোধনীতে খালি পলি পাউচ ও লেবেল সরবরাহের শর্তটি বাদ দেওয়া হয়েছে। দ্বিতীয় সংশোধনীতে ওএমআর উপস্থিতি পত্রের নকশার পরিবর্তে প্রতিটি ওএমআর-এ ক্রমিক নম্বরযুক্ত বারকোড থাকার নির্দেশ দেওয়া হয়েছে। তৃতীয় সংশোধনীতে অনলাইনে দরপত্র জমার শেষ তারিখ ১৫ জুন ২০২৬ পর্যন্ত বাড়ানো হয়েছে। দরদাতাদের চূড়ান্ত আর্থিক দর জমা দেওয়ার আগে সংসদের প্রশাসনিক ইউনিটে রাখা ঢেউতোলা বাক্সের নমুনা দেখে নেওয়ার নির্দেশ দেওয়া হয়েছে। বাকি শর্ত অপরিবর্তিত থাকবে।

CORRIGENDUM

Subject: Amendment to Tender Notice No:- 01/E-Tender/2026-27 dated 08/05/2026 for the printing, specialized packing, and supply of OMR Answer Sheets and allied materials for Semester-III & Semester-III (Supplementary) Higher Secondary Examinations, 2027.

This is for the information of all prospective bidders that the following amendment is hereby made to the above-mentioned Tender Notice

Bidders/Agencies are strictly instructed to submit their final financial bids/rates only after physically verifying and checking the sample of the corrugated box kept for inspection at the Administration Unit, Vidyasagar Bhavan (Council Head Office).

All other terms, conditions, and technical specifications mentioned in the original Tender Notice shall remain unchanged.

This has an approval of the competent authority.
