CORRIGENDUM

Subject: Amendment to Tender Notice No:- 01/E-Tender/2026-27 dated 08/05/2026 for the printing, specialized packing, and supply of OMR Answer Sheets and allied materials for Semester-III & Semester-III (Supplementary) Higher Secondary Examinations, 2027.

This is for the information of all prospective bidders that the following amendment is hereby made to the above-mentioned Tender Notice

2.	Section III: Terms and Conditions	Point No. 8: The Agency is required to prepare suitable design for OMR attendance sheets to capture data through OMR software. Each OMR attendance sheet must contain a Bar code/QR code.	Point No. 8: The Agency is required to prepare suitable design for OMR, each OMR must contain a Bar code containing serial number of the OMR.
3.	Section IV: Date and Time Schedule	Bid Submission closing date (online): 04/06/2026 or available server slot	Bid Submission closing date (online): 15/06/2026 or available server slot

Important Note for Bidders:

Bidders/Agencies are strictly instructed to submit their final financial bids/rates only after physically verifying and checking the sample of the corrugated box kept for inspection at the Administration Unit, Vidyasagar Bhavan (Council Head Office).

All other terms, conditions, and technical specifications mentioned in the original Tender Notice shall remain unchanged.

This has an approval of the competent authority.
