Taruner Swapna (তরুণের স্বপ্ন — ‘Dream of the Youth’) is a West Bengal government initiative to bridge the digital divide by providing free tablets to students who pass Class 12 from government and government-aided schools. The scheme ensures that students entering higher education or job markets have access to digital tools, enabling them to compete in the modern economy. It is part of WB’s broader digital empowerment mission for youth.
