Empanelment of the Health Care Organisations listed No. 1-2 above was extended up to 31-10-2012 vide Finance Department’s Memorandum No. 7799-F (MED), dt. 11-09-2012. However, their renewal process could not be completed till now due to procedural delay. Empanelment of the Health Care Organisations listed No. 3-6 above has already been expired on 18-10-2012 and their renewal process also could not be completed till date.
Accordingly, the Governor is pleased to extend the empanelment of the above Health Care Organisations up to 31-12-2012 on existing terms and conditions so that the beneficiaries under the West Bengal Health Scheme may get services there uninterrupted. In the mean time, the Health Care Organisations shall have to complete the process of renewal of empanelment furnishing up-to-date Clinical Establishment License, up-to-date Fire Safety License, Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) and other requisite papers if not already furnished.
