MEMORANDUM
“Karam Puja” will be celebrated this year on the 17th September (Friday), 2021 / Bhadra 31 Ekadashi, 1428 B.S. In view of this and in continuation of this Department’s Notification No. 3100-F(P2), dated 05.11.2020, the Governor is pleased to declare the 17th September (Friday), 2021 as a Sectional Holiday for all employees of the State Government, Local Bodies, Statutory Bodies, Boards, Corporations and Undertakings, Educational Institutions and other office or institutions under the control of the Government, who celebrate this festival, and also for the employees of tribal Communities employed in Tea Gardens all over the State.
