Can you ensure that such a competition is held in your district so that the entries can be judged in time and prizes given out on 24th January, 2014?

I would be grateful if steps are taken for carrying out the celebrations in a befitting manner on this day, that is on the 24th of January 2014. Funds required for the purpose may be utilized from Kanyashree funds available at your end.
