As you know, that Youth Services Department, Government of West Bengal is going to implement an “Electronic Examination and Assessment System (EEAS)” for all courses running across the state in all Youth Computer Training Centres from July, 2016 onwards. This will ensure standardization of course assessment and evaluation, reduce the burden and errors caused by manual evaluation of exam papers and also help in automatic setting exam paper, generation of certificate etc.

Hewlett Packard Enterprise India Pvt. Ltd. (HPE) has been selected as the services provider on Electronic Examination and Assessment System (EEAS) for Youth Computer Training Centres.

Previously, we had made a thorough discussion on this matter with the representative of HPE, on 28th and 29th March, 2016 at SYC, Moulali.

In this connection, a workshop will be held on and from 15.06.2016 to 07.07.2016 at the conference hall of State Youth Centre, Moulali for demo presentation, hands on practice and for registration of YCTC in the portal as per schedule enclosed below.

You are requested to make it convenient to send one of your representatives to attend the workshop and inform all the YCTCs under your jurisdiction to attend the workshop positively alongwith all papers and documents as per schedule. Only one representative from an YCTC is allowed to attend the workshop considering the shortage of space.

This may be treated as urgent.
