It is felt necessary by the Higher Education Department to advise you to print and publish question papers for B. Ed./ B. P. Ed./ M. Ed./ M. P. Ed. examinations in both English and Bengali language for the convenience of the examinees. Therefore, I am, directed to request you to take suitable steps in this regard, so that the question papers for B. Ed./ B. P. Ed./ M. Ed./ M. P. Ed. examinations are henceforth printed bilingually, i.e. in both English and Bengali languages.
