MEMORANDUM
Functional movement of Schedule ‘B’ Stenographers to the higher scales as per existing ratio has already been made vide this Departments No. 2675-F(H) dated 02/05/2017.
Now, the undersigned is directed by order of the Governor to say that the Governor has been pleased to approve the Cadre Schedule of the Schedule ‘B’ Stenographers as per enclosed Annexure ‘A’.
Since it involves large scale transfer of existing Stenographers, the Governor has been pleased to decide that in case a Stenographer is now posted in a lower cadre post, the same will be deemed to have been upgraded within one year from the date of this notification by which he/she will be transferred according to availability of vacancy as per Cadre Schedule and the post which was so upgraded will be downgraded automatically to the initial one as per Cadre Schedule. In case it is seen that a Stenographer has been holding higher post as per Cadre Schedule, such post will be deemed to have downgraded automatically on his/her transfer within one year.
Hence, after issuance of the Cadre Schedule, to higher scales in all cases, will strictly be followed as per existing ratio and such movement will be made in accordance with the policy as observed herein above.
