NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the power conferred by clause (3) of article 166 of the Constitution of India,
the Governor is pleased to make the following amendment in Delegation of Financial Power
Rules, 1977.

AMENDMENT

Schedule ‘A’ and Schedule ‘B’ of Delegation of Financial Power Rules, 1977 are substituted
with the revised Schedules given in the Annexure.
