Sub: Grade – II promotion of the employees of Group B NMTP Cadre under WBSHS
Enclosed please find a copy of the list of Grade III employees of Group B NMTP cadre under your control eligible for promotion to the post of Grade II subject to availability of vacancies.
He/She is requested to furnish the Annual Performance Report (last three years) and detail service particulars of the candidates (who are in service) mentioned in the enclosure as per F.D. Memo no. 9135-F dated 10.09.02.
He/She is also requested to let this office know whether the candidates (retired), mentioned in the enclosure, got the pensionary benefits. If so, he/she is requested to send copy of the P.P.O. of the candidates to this office.
He/She is further requested to furnish the attested photocopy of Caste certificate of employees belonging to reserved categories.
The report should reach to the Assistant Director of Health Services (Cadre) within a fortnight from the date of receipt of this memo.
This may be treated as urgent.
