MEMORANDUM
Sub.: e-Procurement – linking of Bank Account of PSUs, Local Bodies etc. with ICICI Payment Gateway.
Procedure for online receipt and refund of EMD of e-procurement through State Government e-procurement portal using the ICICI Bank Payment Gateway has been laid down in Finance Department Memorandum No. 3975-F(Y), dated 28.07.2016.
It has been found that some State PSUs/Autonomous Bodies/Local Bodies/PRIs/parastatals have not yet linked their Bank Account with the ICICI Bank Payment Gateway which is required for proper implementation of the procedure for online receipt/refund/settlement of EMD/tender fees for the e-tenders of such institutions.
All Departments are hereby requested to issue necessary instruction to the State PSUs/Autonomous Bodies/Local Bodies/PRIs/parastatals under their administrative control to immediately provide the information as per the enclosed format to the e-mail IDs: saptarshi.chandra@icicibank.com and/or paul.mathai@nic.in.
