NOTICE INVITING QUOTATION
The undersigned is directed to invite all the willing Govt. approved Wholesale
Consumers Co-operative Societies to submit rate of stationery articles, grocery, sanitary and other
materials for the period from 1t April, 2017 to 31st March 2018 on a sealed cover with specimen
sample to be submitted to the Finance Department for the year, 2017-18, latest within two weeks
from the date of issue of the letter i.e. on & before 22.03.2017.
The sealed cover will be opened on 22hd March, 2017 at the Chamber of Special
Secretary at 3.00 P.M.
The Department reserves the right to accept or reject any quotations without stating the
reason whatsoever and the quotations will be placed at the custody of the Registrar of Finance
Department, Nabanna, 10th Floor, Room No. 1003.
The specific list of stationery articles to be supplied are available on the website of the
Finance Department & this may also be collected from the Registrar of Finance Department.
