NOTICE OF PRE-BID MEETING
This has reference to the Memo No. 1005-F(eGov) dated 15/03/2026 in connection with the Expression of Interest (EOI) [Ref No. EOI/2026/001/1333260] published by this Department for “Selection of Firms for Development of AI-Enabled Revenue Optimization System (AeROS) for Government of West Bengal”.
In connection with the above, as mentioned in the EOI, it is reiterated that the Pre-Bid Meeting shall be held as per the details below to clarify the issues and to answer questions on any matter that may be raised by interested bidders:

A maximum of two representatives from each interested bidder may attend the Pre-Bid Meeting.
Bidders interested to participate in the Pre-Bid Meeting who have not yet informed the names, contact numbers and email addresses of their representatives to the email addresses of Finance Department mentioned in Section 10 (Contact Information) of the EOI for participation in the Pre-Bid Meeting may positively inform these required details within 05th April 2026 (Sunday).
A virtual mode of participation via Video Conferencing (VC) has been arranged for interested bidders who are unable to attend the Pre-Bid Meeting in person. Interested bidders, if any, who wish to avail this option are requested to email their request for virtual participation within 05th April 2026 (Sunday) positively to the email addresses of Finance Department mentioned in the EOI.
