Extension period of the above Health Care Organisations were expired on 31.01.2014. However, their renewal process could not be completed till now due to non- availability of NOC from Fire & Emergency Service or CE License.
Accordingly, the Governor is pleased to extend the empanelment period of the above Health Care Organisations up to 30-04-2014 on existing terms and conditions so that the beneficiaries under the West Bengal Health Scheme may get services there uninterrupted. In the meantime, the Health Care Organisations shall have to complete the process of renewal of empanelment furnishing up-to-date Clinical Establishment License, up-to-date Fire Safety License, Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) and requisite Bank Guarantee for 5 years if not already furnished.
