MEMORANDUM
Sub: Expenses related to land acquisition / land purchase
Finance Department had earlier imposed certain austerity measures vide Memo No. 1491-F(Y) dated 02.04.2020 and economy circular no. 4201-F(P)/FA/O/2M/71/18(NB) dated 02.07.2018 specifying the different austerity measures to be followed by all offices under administrative control of the Government of West Bengal.
Now in partial modification of Memo No. 1491-F(Y) dated 02.04.2020, the following item of expenditure is appended under Clause B of the said order as an exception:
- All expenditures for land acquisition and land purchase with prior approval of competent authority.
All other provisions will remain unaltered.
